Trading Members are requested to refer to Exchange notice no 20191108-25 dated November 08,2019 regarding Amendment of Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) in equity Derivatives.
In partial modification to aforementioned notice, Trading Members are requested to note that with effect from March 02,2020, Exchange shall amend the Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) in equity derivatives as follows-
· Introduction of two Designated Primary market makers (DPMM) in SENSEX Options
· Revision in quoting obligations for DPMMs in SENSEX Options
· Revision in quote, open interest and turnover based incentives
· Discontinuation of designated primary market making scheme in Stock Futures and Stock options.
Further trading members may note that, there will be no change in other terms and conditions of existing LES scheme for designated secondary market making.
The amendments in Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) are attached as Annexure. For any further clarifications, Trading members are requested to contact their designated Relationship Managers.
